If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

This may include a replacement, exchange, or store credit depending on the situation.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn,
and must be sent back in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs,
except in cases where the mistake is from our end.
Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
Once approved, the refund will be issued back to your original payment method.
We do not accept returns on sale items, clearance products, or gift cards.
